About the role
ACA IT Solutions is hiring Telemarketers to sell our services to local Dhaka businesses and support telemarketing campaigns for client businesses. This is an office-based, local outbound calling role.
Compensation
- Full-time: BDT 10,000–18,000/month + commissions
- Part-time: BDT 5,000–8,000/month
- Freelance: Project-based, negotiable
- Internship (paid): BDT 5,000–10,000/month

Working hours
- Full-time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days/week (Friday off)
- Part-time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4.5 hrs work + 30 min break), 6 days/week (Friday off)
What you'll do
- Make outbound cold calls to sell ACA’s services — graphic design, digital marketing, and web development — to local businesses in Dhaka
- Handle telemarketing campaigns for ACA’s clients as well, pitching services on behalf of client businesses
- Identify potential clients, pitch confidently, handle objections, and close deals or set appointments
- Maintain a daily call log with outcomes — contacted, interested, follow-up needed, rejected
- Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp and phone
- Meet weekly and monthly call targets and sales KPIs
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field) from a reputable university
- Background in sales and marketing, ideally from a similar telemarketing or sales agency
- Strong communication skills — clear, confident voice tone, persuasive delivery
- Handles rejection professionally and keeps calling
- Understands the services well enough to answer basic client questions
- Knowledgeable about digital products and tech-savvy enough to explain our services
Nice to have
- Fluent in English for international client calls
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow
