About the role
ACA IT Solutions is hiring Graphic Designers to produce social media designs, logos, brochures, flyers, thumbnails, and e-commerce photo editing for clients across industries. You will follow client briefs and ensure every deliverable matches platform specifications.
Compensation
- Full-time: BDT 10,000–25,000/month
- Part-time: BDT 5,000–8,000/month
- Freelance: Project-based, negotiable
- Internship (paid): BDT 5,000–10,000/month

Working hours
- Full-time: 9 hrs/day (8 work + 1 break), 6 days/week (Friday off)
- Part-time: 5 hrs/day (4.5 work + 30 min break), 6 days/week (Friday off)
What you'll do
- Design social posts, covers, banners, and branding materials for clients across industries
- Create logos, brochures, leaflets, flyers, and other print/digital assets
- Design video and content thumbnails
- Prepare image retouching, background removal, clipping paths, and photo editing for e-commerce clients
- Follow client briefs and ensure every deliverable matches platform specs (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Test and verify all designs on the actual platform before submitting to your supervisor
- Use AI tools where appropriate to speed up workflow
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (graduation) completed
- Valid certification from a recognized design institution
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient with AI design tools — Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar
- Portfolio required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
- Verifies own work before submission — sizes, formats, display testing
- Manages revisions professionally, meets deadlines without reminders
Nice to have
- Additional tools — Figma, Canva
Work setup requirement
This role requires a personal device, stable high-speed internet, and a working microphone and camera.
