About the role
ACA IT Solutions is hiring full-stack Digital Marketers comfortable across paid ads, SEO, content, email, and analytics — using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and AI tools for local and international clients.
Compensation
- Full-time: BDT 12,000–30,000/month
- Freelance: Project-based, negotiable
- Internship (paid): BDT 5,000–10,000/month

Working hours
- Full-time: 9 hrs/day (8 work + 1 break), 6 days/week (Friday off)
- Note: this role is not offered as part-time
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns — Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and others
- Handle organic social media — content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement
- Manage SEO, local SEO (Google Maps), email marketing, and content marketing campaigns
- Set up and optimize Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and other platforms
- Run lead generation, engagement, and conversion campaigns within set budgets
- Provide clients with monthly reports showing campaign performance and actionable recommendations
- Use AI tools to assist with copywriting, research, and campaign optimization
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field) from a reputable university
- Certification from a recognized marketing institution
- Full-stack marketer — comfortable across paid ads, SEO, content, email, and analytics
- Proficient with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
- Understands metrics — can diagnose why a campaign underperforms
- Comfortable with real small budgets (e.g. BDT 5,000 campaigns) as well as larger ones
- Must provide proof of past ad campaign work (screenshots, reports, or results) — applications without proof will not be considered
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year experience running an ad campaign for a client based outside Bangladesh
Work setup requirement
This role requires a personal device, stable high-speed internet, and a working microphone and camera.
